Bkt Mertajam Recreational Forest, Penang

The Bukit Mertajam Recreation Forest covers an area of 37 hectares. The forest still retains many flora and fauna as seen in the photographs below. The green flowers and the Rufous-crowned Babbler are a good example of the rich diversity. The recreational forest is situated approximately 6km from Bukit Mertajam on the way to Kulim. The pools are very dirty eventhough the workers are cleaning it every weekend.Other than that there are also very little trash bins.People who cannot find the trash bins are throwing rubbish at all places.So i suggust that theremust be sufficient trash bins and the pool must be cleaned cause this may effect our health condition.

Actually now can't see the bridge. The trees are growing and block the views to the surrounding.
