Dedication to communities of Burton, Arrow Park, Nakusp, Fauquier and HEROIC FIREFIGHTERS.
These images taken in July and first days of August 2003 I dedicated to all people living in communities along scenic Arrow Lakes and HEROIC FIREFIGHTERS who help to stop the devastating forest fires.
Recent dramatic events shows great friendship, understanding, hospitality and open heart without limitation of the local population.
I hope that my photo albums collection from the Arrow Lakes in the West Kootenays shows the beauty of this spectacular countryside to the general public.
Again, while writing my comments I do not know how much of the forest is burn along the Arrow Lakes. However, I have intention to go back in the near future and take more pictures after the forest inferno to observe how nature would heal it self.
