Here are some shots from a day excursion to Mount Pilatus,that is a quite simply an exceptional experience. Traveling by nostalgic lake steamer from Luzern to Alpnachstadt and then with the world's steepest cogwheel rail-way to Pilatus-Kulm (7000 ft) you can have fabulous views. For the way back a spetacular ride by aerial cableway and panorama gondolas takes you down to Kriens for the bus to Luzern.
