Saterday Aug.23 my mother and I decided to go to Wisconsin Rapids for the Childrens Miracle Network Balloon Rally. It was a hot day and there was little happening when we arived at noon. There were a few skydivers and rides avaiable on a small plane, a seaplane, a helicopter or a demonstration ride on a ultralight. I have always wanted to go up in an ultralight and thought the $20 was reasonable (esp. since most of it went to the charity) so I signed up. These pictures are from my flight.
