Thanks Bailey, Rafal. The light at that altitude is crystal clear and the architecture is very Spanish. We tend to forget that Bolivia was the centre of the Spanish empire in the Andes. Sucre was the capital and Potosi, the silver mine, was the source of most of the wealth.
