This picture was Worldisround's photo of the week (I don't remember the exact date). Everybody stops here, beside the cables, admiring the view, 'psyching' herself, wringing his hands, cursing, sweating, eating, applying sunscreen, and a variety of other pleasant and unpleasant things. About one-fourth of our hiking companions on this day chose not to continue. I joined them.
