I'm in the middle of the Piazza San Marco, in front of the Basilica (the most ornate I've ever seen - incredible). Oh yeah, and I'm surrounded by pigeons. Tons of them, in fact. Bags of food could be purchased from nearby vendors, so I figured "why not". Sometimes you just have to be a "tourist"!
