I read a book on Adelaide which said the oldest house in Adelaide was in a particular street in the south of the city, so I went for a drive to this area and see if I could get a photo. well one house was dated in the 1870s but I'm not sure if this was the one. Anyway the old houses in this area which is only around 1.5kms from the CBD are wonderful so I happily took their pics.
