The day we were in Dubrovnik, the Grand Princess dropped 3,000 cruise passengers upon the town, and when I next passed this place, every one of these tables were filled. The civil war&#39;s most catastrophic blow to Dubrovnik was not the bombs that blasted its buildings. It was the loss of its tourism, which left the city abandoned and economically devastated. But within ten years, tourists from around the world were once again making Dubrovnik one of the most visited cities in the region. </div></nolayer></noembed>
