Scene inside the downstairs Chaikhana of Mama Najafs Guesthouse in Bamiyan. These guys claimed to be descendants of Chingis Khan (Genghis Khan). Mind you, all of them claimed that. The guys are from an ethnic group in Afghanistan called Hazaras. A mongoliod race that the Taliban considered inferior enough to set out and ethnically cleanse Bamiyan by massacaring many of it's male occupants in the late 1990's almost to the point of annhilation. Today, the men are a proud,friendly,and gentle race (but with a very tough aura indeed).
