So after my great time over spring break I had a hard time settling back in at school and felt really restless for a couple weeks. So I decided to take a fun little weekend trip to a place called Plettenburg Bay which is along a very scenic stretch of southern costline known as the Garden Route. The trip was by myself, but ended up being every economical (ie cheap) and a lot of fun. The first day there wasn't the best weather, so I visited the Knysna Elephant Park rather than any of the more scenic activities. The park was about 10 minutes away and is basically like a petting zoo for elephants. It's a bit touristy for my tastes, but it was still awesome to get so close to the elephants.
