I recently returned from a week long trip to Koh Phi Phi. It is off the coast of Krabi. It is a beautiful island, and an island hit very hard by the tsunami. It is 75% rebuilt and the tourism is booming. When I was looking for a place to go, I wanted some where peaceful.

Koh Phi Phi is a party island. As soon as the sun goes down, the party goes up. And it is ALL NIGHT LONG. So, if you are into partying, it is a great place. If you are looking for a quiet place to chill try Koh Samet.
