I think it must have been some special occasion! But I think the younger generation does a LOT of traveling abroad (if they are rich enough!) I have seen them everywhere in Europe, and a lot of them are now "quite HIP"!!

wow, this is so bizarre. Is there anything like it in US? do the teenagers dress for show or do they dress like this all the time? Is this typical or extreme?
