Officially named the "Rasin Building" soon after its conception it was dubbed "Fred and Ginger"' as it dances around the corner like the famous couple Astaire and Rogers. It was built in 1995 to be an office building for a Dutch insurance company and has been fitted into an open space among older construction. People seem to have strong opinions as to liking it or not.
