Budapest-Gate to Vajdahunyad Castle
Hungary picture - Vajdahunyad Castle is on the other side of this gate. Its architecture borrows from Hungary's architectural past as a Romanesque gateway leds to a Gothic castle with Transylvanian turrets, Renaissance loggia, Baroque portico, and Byzantine decoration. The structure was built of stone after it was first made of wood and cardboard for exhibition at the 1000th-year anniversity celebration to show Hungary's architectural history.
