Quite impressed by the largest floral display of its kind in southern hemisphere, though it was the last day of the festival, most of the flower started to dry. Over one million blooms line the pathway through Floriade 2005 at the ground of Commonwealth Park on the shore of Lake Burley Griffin, just minutes from the Canberra city centre. The month long celebration has everything for everyone more than just flower, from music, entertainment, garden display to Australia made arts, crafts and product.
