The city of York ranks as one of the most beautiful cities in England. It has so much to see and do, and every turn that you take just leads you on to another spectuacular view, or to a famous building, or to a famous historical site. Its a wonderful place, and I love it more and more with every visit. York boasts the largest gothic cathedral in Northern Europe which can be seen towering above everything else from almost everywhere within the city.
