Here is something I missed photographing in Hong Kong last year: fully marinated Peking (Beijing) duck, complete with head and beak, ready for being roasted. This is in Melbourne's Chinatown district. Despite all the hype, all one could see here was a street full of Asian restaurants. Sydney's Chinatown was more lively.
