The sky takes on a dramatic violet color at the final stages of sundown. The Nobbies are in the backdrop. We had to move pretty quickly after this as our bus was a good ten minutes walk away, darkness was falling pretty fast and it was time for the Penguin Parade. Australia is famous for its red night skies, unfortunately, we were always in built up areas when that occured.
