The Penguin Parade<br> Sightseeing in Melbourne picture - The piece de resistance of Victoria and Philip Island: the Penguin Parade. Every night after sundown scores of pygmy &#39;fairy&#39; penguins emerge from the sea and waddle up the shore to their nests to roost. You can follow them as they walk as long as you stick to your boardwalk and do not disturb them. The magical sight of groups of penguins waddling up from the beach is something to be experienced to be believed! Photography and video are prohibited, and these restrictions are very strictly enforce with a heavy fine. We therefore had to make do with this souvenir postcard bought at the gift shop. </div></nolayer></noembed>
