'Look under your car before you move. There may be a penguin underneath' (or words to this effect), several boards claim at the parking lot of the Penguin Parade viewing area. Sure enough, I did manage to catch this solitary specimen wandering in the parking lot. Penguins also wander across the road to other parts of the island, due to which all approach roads to this area on Philip Island are closed after sundown.
