I arrived in Delhi on February 28, 2005 at six thirty in the morning. After a thirty-six hour plane trip through various airports. My parents picked me up from the airport, and we took a taxi back to our guest house. We were staying in the Tibetan settlement called Majnukatila, which is in the North part of the city, I think. Anyhow, we get to the house, eat breakfast and go to the Red Fort. Unfortunately it was closed that day for some reason, so we decide to tour the Chandni Chowk. Which was amazing. That was as much action I could handle for one day, so we go back to Majnukatila. the next day we head to Agra to see the Taj Mahal, with an unexped stop at the Agra Fort, the predecesor to the Red Fort. Get back to Delhi that evening. The next day we take an overnight train to Bodhgaya, in the state of Bihar. Spent a few days there ventured out into the countryside to visit a few sights, and then back to Delhi. Not even a full day in Delhi and up to the mountains via bus.
