Here some pictures I took during a walk around the Ponds of "ELSENE" (dutch) or "IXELLES" (french), on a sunny Sunday afternoon of last September (Sunday 14th September 2003, to be precise). This is a nice residential area in the Communal department of ELSENE/IXELLES, which is one of the 19 Communal Departments (municipalities or communes) which make up the BRUSSELS-CAPITAL REGION.
