Before entering Kruger National Park, our group stopped at Hoedspruit Nature Reserve to see the animals there. The park is dedicated to scientific research and preservation, but they offer regular tours and drives. The main focus is definitely the cheetahs (they have around 70), but they have also had rhino and elephant, as well as many different antelope species. My favorite by far...the cheetahs!
