A view of Manly beach, Sydney. This is located a good half an hour ferry ride away. It is possible to walk down to the beach to the far end, which is visible in the background. The path narrows a good deal, and you suddenly find yourself walking right in front of the gates of several seaside houses. There is also a pool by the roadside some way off. The path ends in a nature reserve of some sort. There are benches for resting on the way, and the rocks behind these are embedded with delightful miniature sculptures of mermaids, fish, shells and stuff.
