This photo, taken in very poor light, as a matter of fact after sunset, shows the building of the Bondi Icebergs, a club of rather kinky individuals. The rectangular structure in the foreground is the swimming pool. This club apparently encourages swimming in ice cold water. My friend told us that they sometimes put huge ice blocks into the pool to make it even colder! The club was in the papers when we were there, as they had allowed women to participate in these activities for the first time in the club's history.
