56. Traffic lanes
Sightseeing in Sydney picture - The traffic lanes on the formidable Sydney Harbor Bridge are (from the far end): a pedestrian walkway, two train lines (note train on the bridge), six road lanes, one bus lane, another road lane (which goes through the arch),and another pedestrian walk, which we are on at the moment. The last road lane in the foreground, which enters the arch, was actually a tram line. After the trams were taken off, it was converted into a regular road lane, and is part of a major highway.
