Australia, and hmmm. Koalas. And yes, the koalas are NOT bears, so don't call them koala bears! The sleepy little fella in the background had just woken up, and was still very groggy indeed, while his mate in the foreground was simply gorging himself on eucalyptus leaves. For Au$ 2, it would have been possible to go right up to the creatures for photo shoots, but I prefered to zoom in instead, thus cutting off the groups of delighted tourists posing below the branch in the foreground.
