Here are two of the more modern types of ferry boats used on the Sydney Harbor. The one on the left is a solar powered one, run by Captain Cook Cruises for rather expensive harbor cruises. The one on the right is a high speed rivercat, used for servicing places like Paramatta, which are a long distance away, and involve a bit of river sailing.
