A cold and wet week in a rental car in BC and Alberta. They're scanned photos so the quality's not so good - better visit and see the real ones!
Although there weren't so many tourists (with exception of the procession of tour buses driving up to Lake Louise at 9:30am and the crowds at the Columbia Icefield Information Centre) I'd recommend visiting the rockies a bit before October so that you may actually be able to see them rather than mostly clouds!
