The Church of Santa Maria degli Angel is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, to the angels and to the Christian slaves who died building the baths od Diocletian (time of building 1559-1565). The exterior is unique for a church, as the outer walls of the Baths are partially preserved.
