Travelling thru Yunnan - Pt3 Deqin Meili

We travelled from Lijiang to Zhongdian (Shangrila), and there we went further to Deqin/Fei Lai Shi towards Meili Snow Mountain.

The scenery along the way is so beautiful that all of us in the SUV are excited, and stopped from point to point to take photo as well as enjoying the breathtaking scenery.

Meili snow mountain is a sacred place for the Tibetan, and you will be able to see a lot of Stupas along the way for worshipping. ... (more)

I just come back from Mingyong Glacier,very beautiful, Meili snow mount is great, I could easily feel the power of this sacred mountain. Standing at the front gate of Deqin,cold strong wind brings you the message from god on Kailas mount. Thank you for your beautiful photos. I feel like going back there someday. Heaven on earth.
