Not only is there alot of cow meat in bolivia (the cheapes food is a hamburger or hot dog sandwich, which anyone can afford daily), but also a lot and a lot of cheese. Cheese is very cheap in bolivia and they inlcude it in many many dishes, even rice with cheese. The typical Bolivian cheese is white and something between yellow and white cheese, not very salty like Rumi, roman cheese..i love cheese and i loved what they did with it
