Bolivia has many typical dresses according to regions. These skirts are called tipipal dress from La Paz. They are not long and have many folds. The more the folds the more expensive the skirt (they are really still more expensive than regular clothes, yet people insist on buying them). Reminds me of what you find in Mango these days, same texture, same design :0
