Magnificent Montana

I have lived and been all over the world and if I were to pick a spot in the USA it would be in Montana. There is so much beauty there that is still untouched and unknown to so many people. The weather is not as bad there in the winter time as you would think but most Montanans would not tell you that. The fires there in the summer of 2000 have touched some of that beauty but it is amazing that where they have scorched the earth it is still magnificent.

Amazing Montana
Thank you for sharing your beaut iful photos with us. It reminded me when I visited Montana last year, and I fell in love with the tranquility, the colors, the feelings that came to me, the views... now I am in the process of moving there . Too much of a great thing to let it go... thanks

60s
I lived in Lakeside in the 60's...now I am 60...I would only hope at this point to get back if only to sniff in the beauty one more time. Seeing your photos was a gift and sign that it should happen sooner than later. My father has often said that I left a part of my heart on the Flathead...My goal this year is to reclaim this part of my history. Thanks for the photos.

Born and raised in Plains Montana, the most beautiful state then and now.Having left MT in my early 20's, seeing your photos made me realize "the grass in not greener on the other side",and there is no place like home. Its the same after all these years. Thanks

Montana Is Magnificant
