As you will see from the map, the island is very narrow & only has 2 long parallel roads + many intersecting streets. SPI is very commercialized, all hotels & condo complexes and restaurants, some shopping, mostly geared to the spring break crowd. SPI is a popular destination for the spring break students. Depending on your age, you may want to avoid being there then ;o)
