at the gas station - a Texas tradition. We were told to check them out at the the Circle K gas station & they were yummy, & cheap ;o) For those of you unfamiliar with breakfast tacos, sometimes known as breakfast burritos because the Mexican tortillas they use are soft, is basically scrambled eggs with your choice of fixin's (ie bacon, ham, potatoes etc), topped with cheese, & wrapped in a warm tortilla. You dip it in salsa vs ketchup when you eat it.
