The twin sister of the Shah was referred to as the "Black Panther". She survived a massive attack on her car as she was on her way home from the casino, in the French Riviera I believe it was. Her close lady friend was killed, and the car was riddled with the bullets of the machine gun fire. She came away without a scratch. In her memoirs "Faces in a Mirror" which she wrote after the revolution and the death of her twin brother the Shah, she writes: "Often, it is only through strenuous efforts that I maintain my reserve and my composure in public. But in truth, I sometimes wish I were armed with the panther claws so that I might attack the emenies of my country. - Faces in a Mirror, 1980
