To walk 860km from the Col du Somport to Santaigo de Compostela was a major acheivement. It wasn't a hard walk but to walk day after day for 48 days made it quite difficult at times. But many people walked even greater distances than we did. We met people who had walked from Amsterdam, Geneva, Lyon and Hamburg as well as many who had started in Le Puy in central France. This is the fourth part of our trip.
