Eucalypt Forest - the Galician Weed
Hiking in Spain picture - Eucalyptus Robusta or the Tasmanian Blue Gum was introduced into Galicia to provide building timber but it proved to be unsuitable for this purpose. It did like the climate though and now grows wild through much of Galicia and is destroying a lot of the natural environment. So much so that it is now known as the Galician Weed.
