Dear A. Davidkhanian, I am writing my family history and family tree. My maternal uncle was a friend of Sarkis Khan. I am an AR from Persia and live in Europe. I am looking for old fiends of my family, any information that I could gather and possibly pictures too. In this period there were several AR predominant Families and most of them knew each other. I wish to establish contact with you if possible. The above is my email, I'm also on Facebook. Hope to hear from you soon. Chnorhakaloutiunnerov, Marina V. Gale

Also the two photos titled 'Le Grand Vezier de Perse' are of Ein-ol-Douleh the Sadreaazam (Grand Vazir) during the reign of Mohamad Ali Shah at the time of the 1906 Constitutional Revolution of Iran.

Great collection, thank you for your work. The gentleman in the photo you have titled qajar 2 is Mirza Martiros Khan Davidkhanian Amir Touman, the older brother of Sartip Sarkis Khan Davidkhanian. I do have a few other photos of Qajar dignitaries that I would be happy to share with you if you are interested. All the Best, A. Davidkhanian.

Interesting!
I doesn´t mind at all. Neither Darius I nor any of his descendants were achaemenids but they acted as if they were. Anyway, many thanks, Shahram, for your historical galleries concerning qajars and old Tehran. I´m a student from University and I "fell in love" with Iran and its history time ago, so this living examples give me a beautiful account of the past.

Greetings from Spain.
