Vienna was a wonderful city, notable for its simply astounding architecture, its relaxed yet lively centre, and for being easily the cleanest city I have ever been to. I joined friend and local Tongi for a beer at the Rathausplaza on arrival. The Rathaus is the City Hall building in front of which an enormous projection screen dominates, which plays shows during summer. The plaza itself has some nice beer and food stalls, and in the evening heat of a Viennese summer its a really nice place to chill.
