I believe this is the church on the hill referred to in the comment left at the bottom of the page. The first church or shrine built in response to the miraculous appearance of Virgin who gave a cloak to Juan Diego was on this hill at the rear of the older of the two basilicas. Since I was part of a tour group with limited freedom at the site, I had no opportunity to get any closer or to take a better picture.
