We stayed (05-19 May 2005) in the Maisonette, which is set well back from the main accomodation in it's own little garden of palms, oleadnders, roses, honeysuckle and of course, bougainvillea.
The accomodation is on two floors: downstairs is the lounge-cum-kitchen; upstairs are the bathroom and bedroom.
There is a reasonable space outside both floors, patio and balcony, to sit and eat or drink, or whatever else you want to do in the open air ;-)
The building footprint is sort of triangular, tapering from about 4 metres down to about 1.5 metres. Well, if that's the shape of the land available, that's what you have to do! ;-)

The Bougainvillea is located about 500 metres from the beach-front / centre of Aigos Sostis, a relatively quite resort "just round the corner from Laganas" but a million light-years away in what it offers the visitor.
The whole complex has four other accomodaion blocks, arranged round the pool, giving a wide choice of room-type. All the properties are "self-catering" but with a first class resturant-cum-taverna part of the complex, you don't need to worry about catering for yourselves - you really would be missing out!
