The crocheted village was purchased in Minden, NE at Pioneer Village. It is backed by blue velvet and mounted on plywood. Holes were drilled at the window locations and a string of white lights were inserted. The middle village is made of window clings glued to plywood and attached to a wood base. Buildings were made 3-D by attaching awnings, signs, etc. with toothpick backing to make them standout. The third village is mostly made up of houses we painted.
