Let me just explain that I heard about Coober Pedy a while ago, and thought it must be so cool to go there. Why? Because of the harsh weather in the outback, 75% of the people who live there live in underground houses. But we're not talking little bunkers here. We're talking real, large houses that just happen to be located under the ground. This is a model house that we saw at the Umoona Opal Mine and Museum. It was pretty cool, I have to say.
