The view from the top of Torre degli Asinelli provides great views of Bologan. Piazza Maggiore is near the center of this picture, with the large Basilica di San Petronio to its left. The bump atop the distant hill in the upper left is Santuario della Madonna di San Luca, connected to Bologna by a 3 1/2 km long portico, the longest in the world.
