On March 12, 2006 Bemidji Minnesota honored the USA Olympian Curlers. These teams have their roots in our town. We have been busting our buttons over their efforts in the Olympics. There was a gathering under the statues of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox to honor them. I am very sorry that my camera batteries died before the Olympians all gathered under Paul & Babe. But, I hope you get a taste of a hometown just beaming with pride.
