Living new Austin, making the trek to the Fort Worth Zoo is an all-day event. I would say it's worth it, but there were both positives and negatives. The primate exhibit is worth the price of admission - it's very impressive and both my daughters loved it. The aquarium exhibits were a pretty big let-down. On the up side we did save some money off admission using <a href="zoocoupons.org">zoocoupons.org</a> (recommended!) which made the sting that much easier to swallow. Overall I would recommend this zoo, but not over the Dallas option.

Where are the giraffes?!
Fort Worth Zoo is a really nice place--I've been a few times! I got to see a 2 day old giraffe on display there a few years ago. My daughters visited this zoo for school field trips.
