On our first cruise to Glacier Bay, we entered the passengers' show and all six of us came, as you see, as a glacier. Five of us under a big sheet, with my 85 year old mother in front with the sign. The trouble was that as she moved the sign from side to side to show the audience what we were supposed to be, she walked the same way, and so did the five of us crouched under the sheet, as we followed her around the stage. All we could see were the feet in front of us as we stumbled to the left and then to the right, left and right, sort of like a Chinese dragon. Somehow we won first prize, a bottle of champagne which we finished off quite quickly.
